In my estimation, anyone who harbors such a sentiment needs to make a serious reality check!
I haven't bothered much with exposing Jones; except for occasionally pointing out the obvious: Alex Jones is a government shill, part of the controlled opposition. That pretty much sums it up.
But I must say I've been pleased to see that increasingly, over a period of years, quite a number of other discerning persons have reached (more or less) the same conclusion; albeit via varying means, insights and personal experiences.
Recently, on his radio show, The American Awakening (Oracle Network) Michael Herzog exposed the unscrupulous (and grandstanding) behavior of Alex Jones in the Ed and Elaine Brown travesty of justice.
I guess Michael finally had enough....because he let it rip!
(I haven't been able to find the archive of this show, but you might try searching for it and hear for yourself Michael's righteous outrage at this duplicitous rat bastard.)
Then, there is talk show host Keith Hansen (Vyzygoth) who has also exposed (including in a recent radio show with Barbara Hartwell) Alex Jones and his alliances with others disseminating government disinformation and the sensationalist fear-mongering for which Jones is notorious.
Then, there are those who have about as much "discernment" as a cubic yard of dirt...

I've noticed you recently have links to articles from prisonplanet.com. I've been wanting to ask your opinion of the credibility of Alex Jones. I've been getting information from his site for about a year - but some of the sponsors seem strange. Do you have any information you could share?

Hi Cindy,

You should know that anyone who gains as much attention as Alex does, is going to be a TARGET of discrediting and smearing. Alex tells it too straight, so they will always find a host of internet critics who will disparage him as being too heavy into "fear" and all that.

Look hard at the critics who disparage Alex. What have THEY contributed, really? Mostly hot air?

Alex is into selling videos and advertising space, so you're going to get some conflict there, but that doesn't mean he's working for the other side.

My opinion? Thank God for Alex Jones

As for the liars and criminals among us (who by definition cannot possibly be "legitimate" or "sincere"), they should be EXPOSED and no amount of clamoring for "unity" will change my mind about that. In November, 2003, I, Barbara Hartwell, was summarily cut off in the middle of a radio broadcast on the Floyd Report by Alex Jones, who threatened the host, Jeremy Floyd, never to speak to me again --or else!....
I was also permanently banned from Genesis Communications Network, courtesy of Alex Jones and others operating in the shadows...

Jeremy Floyd quit his job at GCN over that incident of censorship, on principle, and went over to Truth Radio. I know this to be a fact, as I discussed it at length with Jeremy and he told me all the details.
Alex Jones then lied, claiming that Jeremy had been fired, in what was clearly an attempt to cover up the truth. I was denounced as a "nark" and a "CIA disinfo agent" by some of Jones's cronies at GCN and on his websites, Prison Planet and Info Wars, including by some arrogant punk kid, Jones's sidekick, Paul Joseph Watson.

I'd been on GCN many times before, over a period of years, at least since 1997, on various programs, and this was an unprecedented event. Now, I am officially banned from GCN, have been since November 2003, when Alex Jones literally pulled the plug on me in the middle of a broadcast.
I do not know Alex Jones personally and have never had any direct contact with him. But another shady character seems to be involved here: Larry Lawson, who claims he was the person who called Alex Jones to "warn" him about Barbara Hartwell being "CIA". I have no way of knowing if this is true, because Larry Lawson is yet another notorious liar, who has been on my case, libeling and harassing me (and many others) since 2001.

Why was I censored and banned? For telling the truth about some of the criminal activities of Ted Gunderson and John DeCamp, including the FACT that Ted Gunderson indeed sold Stinger missiles to Osama bin Laden in 1979, while still working for the FBI.
Alex Jones later described John DeCamp as "a Great American" on his program on GCN, on which John DeCamp was interviewed. Ted Gunderson has also been a guest on Alex Jones's program.

Later, after Jeremy Floyd quit GCN and went over to Truth Radio, he introduced me on one of his programs as, Barbara Hartwell, the woman who has been banned from nearly every radio show in America. How true that is. Most of the "patriot" and "Christian" radio shows have run on GCN for years, along with an affiliate WWCR (from which I was also banned, after having appeared on various programs for years.) In fact, Ted Gunderson had his "Wake Up America!" radio show on WWCR. I was on the program myself, as well as on Ted's cable TV show.

As I have publicly stated many times, I cut off my professional association with Ted Gunderson in January 2000, when I finally realized (and had gathered the evidence to substantiate) the level of corruption in which he was involved, both while inside the FBI and since his" retirement" in 1979.

So, for those Alex Jones apologists, I'm sorry, but you can't have it both ways. You either support and defend selective censorship, bullying, threats and lying, or you don't. You support coddling, promoting and covering for criminals, or you don't. There is nothing "patriotic" in this behavior. It certainly has nothing to do with Truth.

I'm well aware that it is possible I will lose more friends over this "Alex Jones" issue, as I've never seen more people willing to make excuses for anyone, as they have for Alex Jones.
I do know that if people are REAL friends, they will be able to agree to disagree with me about Alex Jones, or just about anyone else. But l'd like to see how they would feel if THEY were the ones being censored, banned or blacklisted, for no other reason than for exposing the truth about criminals in government.
I'll keep standing for the Truth, even if I have to stand alone. To hell with Alex Jones and his censorship.

And if John DeCamp and his crony, Ted Gunderson, continue to be promoted by some of the largest radio programs and websites and held aloft as the Icons of Great American Patriots, I can only say TO HELL with the "patriot" movement and the Trojan Horse it rode in on!
Ken Adachi Libels Barbara Hartwell and Rick Stanley: Alex Jones Cited as Discerner of Truth
Now, check this out. Ken Adachi, whose libel campaign against Barbara Hartwell began in 2000, over his staunch defense of ex-FBI agent Ted Gunderson, cites Alex Jones as some sort of discerner of truth.
Why did Adachi attack Rick Stanley, calling him a "dupe" of Barbara Hartwell? Was it because Rick Stanley ever said a word about Ted Gunderson? No, because Rick never mentioned Ted Gunderson in any of his newsletters.
Quite simply, it was because Adachi was DEFENDING predicate felon, criminal stalker, government stooge, Tim White! (Adachi's accomplice and fellow promoter and supporter of Gunderson.)
And Rick Stanley, who certainly DID have discernment, "saw the light" about exactly who and what Tim White is.

OPINION RELEASE: Harrassed by the FBI?

STANLEY NOTE: I have been getting "contacted" by some of these people involved with this situation. Let me say one thing for sure. Barbara Hartwell has been right on the money regarding Tim White, who has been harrassing me after contacting me several years back, befriending me "out of the blue". Other characters keep coming up such as Don Estep, Mark Holstlaw, Steve Olson from the FBI, Joint Terrorism Task Force and who knows what else.

I'm happy to report that Alex Jones, however, wasn't duped so handily and quickly fired a young radio host about a year ago who was using Alex's radio platform to promote the lies of Webb, Hartwell,..We can only hope that someday, Rick Stanley will see the light as well...Ken"

BHP: In fact, Alex Jones did NOT "fire the young radio host" (Jeremy Floyd). Alex Jones lied and then passed the lies on to other liars, as part of a cover-up. Jeremy Floyd quit GCN in disgust over censorship from Alex Jones/GCN.

Alex Jones just ripped Barbara Hartwell off the air because I was exposing the truth about Ted Gunderson. Alex Jones has proven himself repeatedly to be a government-sponsored shill who selectively censors information which would be damaging to certain government operatives.

Additionally, Alex Jones threatened Floyd to "stay away from Barbara Hartwell." Floyd had his OWN SHOW, The Floyd Report. It was not "Alex's platform" as claimed by Ken Adachi. Alex Jones also promotes and supports Ted Gunderson and John DeCamp.

If you are "thanking God" for Alex Jones, you might want to have your head examined. Alex Jones is not to be trusted. His information is not to be trusted. His cohorts, cronies, accomplices and fellow shills are not to be trusted. Period. Case closed.
