COINTELPRO: Destroying Lives One by One

Put COINTELPRO in any search engine and be prepared to step into a minefield of government-sponsored disinformation. Most of what is published on COINTELPRO -- especially accusations of who is involved-- is false. Meanwhile, the real perpetrators hide behind the smokescreens they have created to cover their tracks.

Nonetheless, the truth about COINTELPRO is out there, and may be found by those with the determination and discernment necessary to cut through the web of lies on which these operations are based.

Quite simply, disinformation is the foremost specialty of COINTELPRO. COINTELPRO is comprised of liars, deceivers, manipulators, plotting against anyone (whether groups or individuals) deemed a threat to the totaliatarian one-world government agenda of the powers-that-be. That is, all Defenders of Liberty, all Messengers of Truth, all who would stand up against tyranny and injustice. If you are one of the good guys, take heed. You could be next to be targeted.

And once you take a closer look at what's out there on the Internet, you will discover that most of the disinformation is being promoted not by bona fide government agents/operatives, but rather by ambitious amateurs, G-Man wannabes, intelligence/law enforcement groupies, merely stooges seeking attention and approval. All of these individuals --the ones promoting the government disinformation-- are being exploited, some wittingly, others unwittingly. No matter, the damages to the targets are extreme, severe and often irreparable.

These COINTELPRO minions, these stooges and useful idiots, put up message boards, chat rooms and even large commercial websites where they peddle their conspiracy theories, where they gossip and argue among themselves about the real targets of the COINTELPRO libel/slander campaigns --almost invariably people they do not know. And most often, the very people who have been targeted (the good guys) are accused by the useful idiots of being COINTELPRO.

But the calculated dissemination of disinformation is not the goal, not the end game, rather, only a means to an end. And to the criminal cabal running this shadowy operation, there is no doubt that, as in all other things in their twisted worldview, "the end justifies the means."

The goal of COINTELPRO? To neutralize their targets. Which means to destroy every aspect of our lives, piece by piece, by any and all means available to the perpetrators.

The useful idiots purporting to "expose" COINTELPRO don't know what they're talking about. They have no background or training in intelligence work. They are not investigators (though some will claim to be), nor do they even have access to the facts of any case they claim to have knowlege of. They are simply parroting what they've heard or read from the REAL COINTELPRO operatives who are pulling the strings, calling the shots, putting in the fix --and who have engineered the operations of persecution, harassment and calumny against the targets. It is absolutely diabolical...and they are getting away with it.

COINTELPRO (for Counter Intelligence Program) was a set of programs commenced by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in 1956 and officially terminated in 1971. COINTELPRO included programs variously named Espionage COINTELPRO; New Left COINTELPRO; Disruption of White Hate Groups (targeting the Ku Klux Klan); Communist Party, USA COINTELPRO; Black Extremists COINTELPRO; and the Socialist Workers' Party Disruption Program. Although these were "counterintelligence" programs by name, the FBI did not consider most of these groups to be engaged in intelligence activities (e.g., spying for the Soviet Union). Rather, it deemed their political activities dangerous, and assumed that various court decisions had made it impossible to control them by nonsecret, legal means (e.g., arrests for illegal acts). COINTELPRO began by targeting the Communist Party, but quickly expanded to include other groups. The FBI's "black extremist" category included not only the Black Panthers but the Southern Christian Leadership Conference and its president, Martin Luther King, Jr., the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, and other civil rights groups of the 1950s and 1960s. COINTELPRO also targeted groups opposed to the Vietnam War.

COINTELPRO remained secret until a large number of documents were stolen from the FBI office in the town of Media, Pennsylvania, in 1971. Lawsuits brought by political groups who believed that they were being observed and disrupted by the FBI soon produced other COINTELPRO-related documents. In 1975, a Senate committee—the Select Committee to Study Governmental Relations with Respect to Intelligence Activities, better known as the Church Committee after its chair, Senator Frank Church (D, Idaho)—was appointed to investigate COINTELPRO and other domestic espionage and disruption programs conducted by the FBI, the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, Army intelligence, and the Internal Revenue Service. The Church Committee concluded in 1976 that "the domestic activities of the intelligence community at times violated specific statutory prohibitions and infringed the constitutional rights of American citizens," and stated that the FBI had gathered information by illegal means, disseminated that information illegally, and otherwise violated the law in its efforts to disrupt political activities that it considered subversive. The committee's report stated that "the abusive techniques used by the FBI in COINTELPRO from 1956 to 1971 included violations of both federal and state statutes prohibiting mail fraud, wire fraud, incitement to violence, sending obscene material through the mail, and extortion. More fundamentally, the harassment of innocent citizens engaged in lawful forms of political expression did serious injury to the First Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech and the right of the people to assemble peaceably and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."

Disruption techniques used by the FBI during COINTELPRO, according to the findings of the Church Committee, included burglaries; illegal opening and photographing of first-class mail; planting of forged documents to make it appear that individuals were government informants; anonymous letters to spouses, designed to break up marriages; secretly communicating with employers in order to get individuals fired; planting of news articles and editorials (covertly authored by FBI agents) in U.S. magazines and newspapers; anonymous letters containing false statements designed to encourage violence between street gangs and the Black Panthers; anonymous letters denouncing Catholic priests who allowed their churches to be used for Black Panther breakfasts sent to their bishops; requests for selective tax audits; encouragement of violent tactics by paid FBI informants posing as members of antiwar groups in order to discredit those groups; and others.

Now, let's take a look at some of the perpetrators of these operations, both agents/operatives and their minions/stooges.

PROPOSAL TO DISCLOSE AND DISRUPT ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OF GOVERNMENT BUREAUCRATS AND POLITICIANS

I. Counter Intelligence Operation

Organize a select group of trusted, loyal Americans to operate an effective legal counter-intelligence operation. The goal of a counter-intelligence operation is to educate and, in some instances, to disrupt the enemy by mailing anonymous letters to selected individuals and groups in order to create distrust and paranoia. Another goal is to furnish disinformation and create confusion. I was a counter-intelligence expert in the FBI and I am aware of numerous techniques with which to work towards this goal. I wish to emphasize we will not conduct any criminal or illegal activity, nor violate any laws. All activities would be legal. There are other techniques than can be used, in addition to anonymous letters, i.e., telephone calls from public telephones. Disinformation can also be spread on radio and television talk shows.

First, I would say that Gunderson's choice of an accomplice for his operation, the notorious pornographer, publisher of Hustler magazine, has got to be the lowest sleazoid on the planet. Ask yourself, who would want to do business with a low-life like Flynt?

Next, note that Ted Gunderson states that he was "a counter-intelligence expert in the FBI." Really? Then any reasonable person is left to draw the conclusion that Ted Gunderson was COINTELPRO, as that is the primary counter-intelligence operation in the FBI.

And now, he is looking to recruit more accomplices for his "legal" counter-intelligence operation.

"A select group of trusted, loyal Americans..." Who could these "loyal Americans" be?

Let's start with some known associates of Ted L. Gunderson: Ken Adachi; Timothy Patrick White; Larry Lawson; Pamela Schuffert; John DeCamp. There are others, too numerous to mention, but these names will certainly be recognizable to anyone with an interest in the controversy this issue has generated over the past decade.

And for a damning statement, this one can't be beat: "Disinformation can also be spread on radio and television talk shows."

So, Ted Gunderson, in his own words, suggests spreading disinformation! And as many of us targets know, he's done just that, and in spades.

Fact is, this operation has been running for a long time. Ted Gunderson, joined by his cronies and amateur recruits (Tim White, Pam Schuffert, Ken Adachi, Larry Lawson et al) have wreaked havoc on the lives of many COINTELPRO targets. And there is no end in sight.....

As far as I can see, this so-called "legal" counter-intelligence operation will continue until the lives of the targets are so far destroyed that there is no hope to repair the damages.

And by the way, there is nothing "legal" about fraud, criminal stalking, identity theft, extortion, criminal harassment, death threats, murder-for hire schemes, inciting violence and terrorism.....this operation is a criminal conspiracy par excellence, rife with most every crime imaginable. Racketeering at its finest.

As for the privacy invasions and the libel/slander campaigns against targets, I guess you might stretch it to say these are "legal". After all, these are civil matters.

And since most of the law enforcement to whom we have reported these crimes refuse to do anything to protect the targets of criminal harassment/stalking and threats of violence and death (which are crimes), or more to the point, to enforce the law, who is going to care that the reputations of decent, legitimate Messengers of Truth and Defenders of Liberty are being destroyed, along with every other area of our lives? Nobody. After all, that is what "neutralization" is all about.

Now for some Truth and a breath of fresh air. Let's hear from another former FBI agent, who happens to be one of the targets of COINTELPRO, a Messenger of Truth and Defender of Liberty.

gun indicates on his website that he was chief inspector for the fbi in 1973; in such capacity, gun had the responsibility to investigate Sosbee's reports of fbi crimes during that year. Succinctly, Ken Adachi is a malicious liar and a petty fraudster for writing the following statements about Geral Sosbee (regarding Gunderson, I have reason to believe that all statements written about him by my greatest friend, Barbara Hartwell, are true):

Adachi writes: "...Barbara Hartwell's...gets little coverage beyond Gerald Sosbee or Stew Webb or other government-controlled "whistleblower" flunkies...You can find most of my articles...on my Ted Gunderson page..."

In summary, anyone with the slightest intellectual/spiritual discernment can see what is really going on here.
