RELEASE: Rick Stanley Released on original bond with ankle monitoring bracelet addition today Apr 19, 2007

STANLEY NOTE: I was released from the Adams County Detention Center today at 9:00 AM, Apr 19, 2007, by judges order pending a bond revocation hearing on next Thursday at 10:00 AM at the Adams County Judicial Center in Brighton, Colorado. I was released on the existing bond with the added order of a ankle monitoring device. I was arrested Saturday morning, was in the Denver jail for 4 days and the Adams County jail for two more days. I lost eight pounds (Rick's jail house diet - really works well, don't recommend you try it). I am stiff and sore from the wound and burns received as a result of the projectile bean bag weapon fired at me illegally by the Denver Swat Team. As always, I will continue the fight for liberty. My wife, while shaken, has a renewed feeling and commitment to fight for liberty. Once again, she got a brush with the tyranny that I have been dealing with for 6 years now. The "truth" will prevail. Liberty will prevail. I just don't know how much longer it will take, or the continued cost... Whatever...

Below, is the motion filed in the Adams County District Court that was the object of the special hearing yesterday, Apr 18, 2007 at 1:30 PM, regarding quashing the wrongfully issued arrest warrant.

My vehicle has been released from hold and my wife and I will be securing the vehicle this evening from the Denver Impound lot. My bond remains in place until the hearing on Thursday Apr 26, 2007. I am free to roam Colorado, with my ankle bracelet in tow... attached to my leg. "It ain't heavy, it's my ankle bracelet", sung to the tune of "He ain't heavy, he's my brother". However, life is like a bowl of cherries, sometimes you get a few pits. I get a bowlful, in dealing with the POLICE STATE OF AMERICA. I have to say, for an FYI for anyone who cares, many Denver Sheriffs and Adams County Sheriffs deputies came up to me over the six days and expressed their dismay over the treatment I continue to receive in the entire 6 year ordeal. Three years back, they were not that kindly. They are being educated, as well as us. Many have spent time at my website. One deputy was the nephew of Steve Byfield of Arvada, Colorado, who has also been charged with "Influencing a Public Official by threat" charges, as have I. He and I had may lengthy converstaions regarding liberty issues, as well as other deputies. Seems I had an answer for every issue they brought up, based upon the Constitution. Imagine that.

A federal lawsuit regarding the entire incident will be filed in federal court in the coming weeks by my attorney's Jim Bull and Bret Davies, against all the parties involved in the excess of force used in the arrest and the attending issues surrounding the warrant. This will not continue anymore without lawful legal retribution. Each and every abuse will be responded to, with a federal lawsuit. I will be forwarding each bit of information as it comes up and is available, including filings.

A gun ban recently enforced by Virginia Tech campus prevented over thirty victims of mass shooting from defending themselves against the killer, and yet gun control advocates are already politicizing this tragic event to pull the lever for mass gun control.

The shooter grew up in China, and was here on a student visa. Should we ban guns? No, we should close our borders. With all of these gun laws a foreigner still had a gun.

Virginia School Shooting: Another Government Black-Op?

"Eyewitness accounts describe police hiding behind trees and failing to pursue the killer, while ordering the school to be placed on lockdown so nobody could escape the carnage as the killer picked off his targets with seemingly little interruption from the police."

Blaming guns for school shootings is like blaming spoons for Rosie O'Donnell being fat.

Schools, churches, subways, and restaurants have often been assaulted, but

Another school shooting has stunned the nation. The carnage at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, with over thirty people dead and almost as many wounded, is reportedly the deadliest episode of its kind in American history. Second Amendment Sisters sends our prayers and wishes to all the students, faculty, staff, their friends and families who have been impacted by this horrific tragedy.

As a country, we are shocked; we are saddened and sickened; soon, we will be angry. These are the reactions that have followed each similar event. How could this happen? Who could do this? Why weren’t our children protected? What we will most likely do, once again, is fail to learn from this latest tragedy.

We cannot protect our children once they are out of our sight. Once we send them out into the world, whether it is to the bus stop on their way to elementary school or hundreds of miles away to a university or into the workplace, we can only hope that we have given them the means to protect themselves.

Laws do not protect us. Laws are simply the rules we decide the group must follow. We know beforehand that only a portion of us will, indeed, follow those rules, so we have police. The police do not protect us; they are simply the law-enforcers. They cannot be expected to provide protection before a crime is committed. The Supreme Court of the United States has ruled that that is an unreasonable expectation.

We must be able to protect ourselves, and we must teach our children to do the same. We are each our own first means of defense. We each have a right to life, and a right to protect that life, and we must have the means to do so.

Guns are not permitted on the campus of Virginia Tech. Each year over 200 guns are turned in to the security department when law-abiding students, faculty and staff arrive at the school. This is done voluntarily. The man who chose to break the law against murder when he slaughtered innocent students and professors also chose to break the law against carrying a weapon onto school property.

In early 2006 the General Assembly defeated a bill that would have allowed students and employees of colleges and universities who had concealed carry permits from the Commonwealth of Virginia to take their guns onto school property. House Bill 1572 had been prompted by a student who held such a permit.

At the time VT spokesman Larry Hincker said, “I’m sure the university community is appreciative of the General Assembly’s actions because this will help parents, students, faculty and visitors feel safe on our campus.”

Much effort goes into making us feel safe. That feeling does not mean that we are safe. We need to change our focus towards reality. There is nothing to fear from decent honest people having a means to protect themselves. There is a lot to fear from the disarming of innocents. This horrendous event is just another example of what happens when we let perpetrators of violence know that they have nothing to fear and great opportunity to inflict pain on the entire nation.

Second Amendment Sisters is a grassroots organization dedicated to preserving the individual basic human right to self-defense.

So far, 22 people are dead and another 21 wounded in the attack launched by one gunman reportedly armed with two 9mm pistols and extra magazines at the campus of Virginia Tech on 4/16/07.

Virginia is one of the many states with “Shall Issue” concealed gun laws, which means that if a citizen who has not been convicted of a felony or domestic violence, and they are not judged mentally unstable, the law requires they be issued a concealed gun permit upon request.

But nobody in range of the gunman, other than late-arriving police, had a gun. To make it even more senseless and inexcusable, this is the second recent firearms attack at Virginia Tech.

The gunman in the second incident is dead, and I suspect he got tired of waiting for the cops so he did it himself.

I don’t know the policy at Virginia Tech, but I’ll bet there is a no-gun policy on campus, which means everybody there were just sitting ducks, fleeing for their lives or hiding. It is reported some students jumped from second story windows and ran to safety.

To be certain, there will be yet another call for gun control over this incident, which translates as follows: The citizens who are afraid of guns and don’t want to have them, will try to impose their will on everybody else, making us all sitting ducks for the next gunman to slaughter.

In their mindless quest for non-violence, these well-meaning folks actually envision a nation with such stringent gun bans that nobody will have a gun. But that is never going to happen in the United States, because there are too many guns and there is absolutely no way to vacuum them all up by passing laws to make them go away. We can’t make even the slightest dent in the amount of illegal drugs smuggled into this nation, so there is no way we’ll ever completely eliminate the availability of guns to people who should not have them.

In the world of reality and clear thinking, the only way to fight fire in the hands of criminals, is to have equal fire to stop them with.

I was recently talking to a Chicago Police Captain on other business, and Chicago, like the District of Columbia and New York City, have virtual bans on possessing handguns. I asked this 25-year veteran Captain if there was any shortage of handguns on Chicago streets, and he laughed at the absurdity of my question. In the case of Chicago, the law-abiding generally don’t have handguns, while the violent criminals mostly do.

The United States District Court, which has jurisdiction in the District of Columbia, recently ruled the D.C. handgun ban unconstitutional on the basis that it clearly violates the citizens’ right to bear arms under Article II of the Bill of Rights. Of course, that decision is being appealed to the full court on the laughable basis that the ruling will increase violent crime. There are few places in the United States that have a higher violent crime rate involving handguns than the District of Columbia, so it is doubtful it could get much worse.

And what excuse does the anti-gun crowd come up with to explain why their gun ban doesn’t work? They blame guns coming in from neighboring states with more liberal gun laws. If the entire United States enacted a strict gun ban, the same people would blame guns being smuggled in from other nations. Again, we can’t seem to stem the flow of illegal drugs into this nation, but these bright thinkers will still insist a complete gun ban would reduce gun violence. It follows the same line of thinking of committed Communists, who insist Communism and Socialism will work, but it just hasn’t been done right yet.

The problem is human nature, which is and always has been a constant we have to deal with, but these “progressive” thinkers always seem to leave that out of the equation.

So getting back to this tragedy in Virginia in which 22 students died and another 21 were injured, many of those undoubtedly in critical condition, the one thing the anti-gun crowd will never admit is that one student with a concealed handgun in the right place at the right time could have saved some -- or all of them.

But as usual, nobody but the responding cops had guns. The only option the students trapped on that campus could do was run, hide, jump…or get shot. In a state with a liberal concealed handgun law, not one of those students were able to fight back with the same means the killer had, and that is what I find inexcusable.

If you live in a state that has a Shall Issue concealed gun law, and if you have obtained a gun permit, for Heaven’s sake carry the gun! Here in Oregon, we have the same Shall Issue laws on the books, but far too many of those who obtain the permits do not carry the gun on their person. Women carry the guns primarily in their purse, and the men often have the gun concealed out in the glove compartment of their car. In the real world, if you need a gun to defend yourself and others, you’ll need to access it immediately. A gun in your car parked outside is about as useless as a broken leg.

RELEASE: Update on Rick Stanley

I just got back from Denver County Jail a few minutes ago. I was able to visit with Rick for about 10 minutes after waiting aproximately 2-1/2 hours. My sister-in-law and her husband were kind enough to take me down there and wait with me, although only 1 of us was allowed up to see him. We got there at about 6:40pm and they allow 3 groups of 10 in, starting at 7:00pm. I was in the 3rd group.

He seems to be holding up well under the circumstances. He was allowed a shower this morning and he is still in the clothes he had on yesterday when they took him into custody. There is a large hole in the back of his shirt and a large bandage on his back from where they bean bagged him when they ambushed us yesterday. Apparently he was burned pretty bad by that. Needless to say, I am pretty upset about that! You know him though, he seens to be taking all this in stride. I think he feels the worst that I was subjected to their abuse as well.

We expect that he will be moved to Adams County tomorrow. Then he will hopefully get a hearing as soon as possible and a new bond set. I will advise everyone as soon as I get more information.

RELEASE: Rick's Bond Revoked!

At about 11:30am Denver time, as Rick and I were exiting our bank, a dozen or so swat team decended upon us. They fired stun grenades in order to disorient us and screamed at us to get down on the ground. They proceeded to tie our arms behind our backs, then handcuff us. As they were doing this we were asking "what is going on?" They merely told us that Rick's bond had been revoked by a judge. They took him away, impounded our vehicle then they released me, having a female detective give me a ride home since I had no vehicle.

I just got off the phone with the booking department of Denver County Jail. I was told Rick is there on a "fugitive hold" from Adams County for bribery, 2 counts. Neither I, nor our attorney have any clue what this is all about! I assume this is all steming from the original "Influencing Public Officials" charges that he was convicted of and the Colorado Court of Appeals just upheld the week before last.

When I called Denver County Jail they also told me that I can go down there at 7:00pm this evening to see Rick. I plan to do so. I have been in contact with our attorney, Jim Bull, but unfortunately he is up in the mountains and unable to get down here until Monday morning. He is going to request a hearing in front of a judge as soon as possible on Monday to determine what is going on and to see if we can get Rick out on a new bond.

I will keep everyone informed as to what is going on as I get more information.

I have had personal telephone conversations with three of them (Fahey , White, Stewart); regarding Fahey and Stewart, and Negri, I have also had exchanges of e-mail. I have followed your reports and all that I have read concerning your accounts of their character and their stalking/harassing activities is entirely consistent with the impressions that I have gained over the past several years regarding these unsavory characters.

I am particularly disgusted personally with the activities of Todd Fahey, a man whom you and I tried to help when we thought he needed help and when we believed that he was on the side of God, Right, Liberty, and USA Constitutional Values.

Finally, Barbara, please post that each of these individuals is a coward in my opinion and that I invite them to come after me if the punks dare, but if they don't I will permanently side with you on every possible level against these miscreants.

Barbara, you are the Best that this country has to offer and, as we have seen, the fbi and the cia make sure to send against you the very worst human beings that this country can produce; I truly believe that these individuals (named above) who are assaulting you represent the very lowest form of human intellect that has ever lived on the face of the earth. And it does put the lie to the latest machinations of government stooges Todd Brendan Fahey and Tim White, in collusion for nearly three (3) years to stalk, threaten, harass and libel Barbara Hartwell and associates.

The article suggests that the Southern Maine JBS coordinator Lee Bouton "made sexual advances" toward fair Blabbles, and then goes on to say all kinds of nutty things, as she usually does.

This...friend of a friend has Jack McManus's e-addy, and is still on pretty good terms with him (at least an e-mail a year, between the two gentlemen, since 1994). I know you're not a big fan of the JBS--and this friend of a friend ain't much any longer, either. But said friend of a friend thought that Jack McManus should know the e-address and physical street address of Blabs, and be appraised of what she is writing on her Web site about the JBS.

The JBS has some good attorneys. FYI.

This is just one example of many of the voluminous lies, hoaxes and libelous falsehoods being promoted by Todd Brendan Fahey and Tim White.

But there's more. Criminal stalker Todd Fahey took an original report written by Barbara Hartwell (June 2004) off this site and reposted it, adding text that was NOT in the original. Specifically, Fahey added a yahoo e-mail address belonging to me, and a PRIVATE, UNLISTED STREET ADDRESS.

Fahey: "But said friend of a friend thought that Jack McManus should know the e-address and physical street address of Blabs, and be appraised of what she is writing on her Web site about the JBS."

Since July, 2004, Fahey has been engaging in criminal harassment and stalking of Barbara Hartwell. By publicizing PRIVATE information, Fahey is not only violating my privacy, he is compromising my security and endangering my safety.

Fahey and White are also SOLICITING additional criminal harassment and stalking from like-minded psychopaths by PUBLISHING this PRIVATE information. This is a crime in and of itself.

Among Fahey's many, many libelous falsehoods is that "Barbara Hartwell's house is owned by a member of the JBS." And, "Barbara Hartwell's house is owned by a man
named Frank Nulton."

This false information has also been disseminated far and wide, not only by Todd Fahey, but by Tim White. But the information is not only false, it is libelous to Barbara Hartwell, Frank Nulton and the JBS.

1) It is NOBODY'S BUSINESS what my PRIVATE street address is. Also, NOBODY'S BUSINESS what my PRIVATE e-mail addresses are. ALL e-mail addresses I have are PRIVATE. I do not accept, nor open unsolicited e-mail from ANY UNKNOWN PARTIES. I simply delete, report as SPAM and save the addresses as evidence.

2) It is NOBODY'S BUSINESS who owns my PRIVATE home.

3) Fahey and White have NO BUSINESS making themselves mouthpieces for the John Birch Society. Neither is even a member of JBS.

Tim White's extremely presumptuous statement: JBS WILL BE GOING AFTER BARBARA HARTWELL..BET ON IT, is absolutely preposterous. Yet typical of the type of the false statements White makes on a regular basis.

4) Fahey and White have NO BUSINESS threatening Barbara Hartwell by implication, innuendo or dropping names of JBS leaders/members whom they DO NOT speak for.

5) This same ploy was used by Fahey and White in regard to threats of a lawsuit by former senator John DeCamp. Only in that case, DeCamp SOLICITED these two government stooges to do his dirty work.

6) Todd Fahey also acted as a PR shill for John DeCamp, in arranging interviews for him on talk shows, including Alan Stang's program. Alan Stang (a vocal public denouncer and adversary of the entire JBS) is, according to Fahey, a "good friend".

7) Todd Fahey is a known pathological liar and hypocrite who has written privately to a number of JBS members/leaders for the purpose of libeling and demonizing Barbara Hartwell. Fahey himself has boasted for years that he was the "president" of some campus (student) chapter of JBS in Arizona.

Yet Fahey has spoken ill of the JBS many times, but never PUBLICLY, always SECRETLY demonizing the organization when it suits his purposes, and pretending to support them at other times, when he thinks he can use this to his own advantage.

PROJECT MONARCH & GOV'T SPONSORED LIARS

Note, April, 2007: Here are two letters I received (2003) from people interested in my assessment of Project Monarch, an alleged government mind control project some claim is connected to CIA's MK Ultra.

The first comes from researcher Ron Patton. The second is from a reader of my former website and Rumor Mill News, another government disinfo/New Age website from which I dissociated myself in November 2003, due to selective censorship by the editor, Rayelan Allan.

My responses follow each letter.

Subject: Project Monarch Revisited

After writing an article seven years ago titled, Project Monarch: Nazi Mind Control, I gradually came to realize some of my sources were less than credible. In the early 90's, the primary source of an alleged subproject of MKULTRA, code-named Project Monarch, came from Mark Phillips, Cathy O'Brien, Fritz Springmeier, and Cisco Wheeler.

Although many in the mind control research community agree that the government was/is involved in a form of trauma-based mind control, there has yet to be any verifiable proof of a Project Monarch. I'm
in the process of revising my original article and would very much like to solicit the feedback from those who have objective information to share.

Especially of interest would be:

1) When did the phrase "Project Monarch" first appear?

2) Besides the above mentioned individuals who disseminated such information (or disinformation), who were the others eluding to "Monarch"? Look forward to your replies.

Dear Mr. Patton:

I received the message you wrote, from Jackie McGauley. I tried to look at the website, mkzine, but could not get access.

I don't have time to write a comprehensive analysis re "Project Monarch" and the individuals you've mentioned here. However, because I find it important that these government disinfo and containment agents (especially Ted Gunderson!) be exposed for what they are, here are my comments, for what they're worth. Feel free to use any quotes from me, should you find them of value.

Project Monarch: There are NO official records anywhere of a project by this name. I challenge anyone to find them and make them public. They can't; they won't, simply because they don't exist. Project Monarch never existed.

It is my considered professional opinion that CIA operative Mark Phillips came up with this name in order to create a smokescreen/diversion which would deflect attention from the REAL mind control operations, sub-projects of MK ULTRA and the CIA black operations (Manchurian Candidates, military applications/assassinations) connected to them, such as Operation Phoenix, Gladio etc.

Mark Phillips tried to discredit me several years ago, once I broke off my association with Ted Gunderson. Phillips is, and always has been, the handler for Cathy O'Brien, NOT her 'rescuer' as he presents himself in the media. I told Mark Phillips to mind his own damn business, as he does not know me, nor anything about me. I have never met him, nor have been involved in ANY of the operations he claims to have 'exposed'.

In addition to Phillips, there are other individuals in collusion with Ted Gunderson, who have tried to discredit me. All are spreading lies and disinfo about me and others. All are friendly with Gunderson, some with Phillips as well.

Clay Douglas: Of The Free American, set me up by having me as a guest on his radio show a few years ago. He tried to discredit me by accusing me of being a "CIA disinfo agent", then cut me off in the middle of the program. I've no doubt Gunderson and Phillips sent him after me for that purpose.

Ken Adachi: Runs a website featuring Ted Gunderson and a bunch of New Age garbage/Space Brother cults, etc. Adachi has written much nasty, libelous disinfo about me. His source? Ted Gunderson.

Fritz Springmeier: In my opinion, is a charlatan. I've seen documents proving that his real name is Arthur Alexander Jr. He has a shady history of fraud and scams. He's currently in jail for bank robbery.

Cisco Wheeler: I believe her to have been "coached" by her handlers (including Springmeier) to put forth the stories she tells and writes about. This is not to say that NONE of what they say is true; only that the spin put on it is for disinfo purposes.

Doug Millar: Sidekick of Gunderson. Gov't penetration agent. Name taker, infiltrates mind control support groups. Spreads disinfo re CIA mind control. (See my website, Denver Connection articles, esp. Part 3)

Tim White: Predicate felon, handled by Gunderson. For a report on White, see my website, article May 6: A True (But Stranger-than Fiction) Crime Case.

Brenda Negri: In collusion with Gunderson, writes much malicious, libelous disinfo about me and others. Report on Negri available on my website, May 25. Irrefutable Evidence: The Truth About Brenda Negri.

Others who disseminate disinfo re Monarch:

Stewart and Janet Swerdlow. On their website there is a so-called "Monarch Survivor" who writes an anonymous "diary". The woman is clearly under mind control and has many false notions. This woman tried to discredit me (not publicly, that I know of) by writing some nonsense about me to one of my associates. Typical, since she does not know me, nor has ever had contact with me. [The woman's name is Polly Cunningham, may go under the pseudonym "Natalie". May also be posting on Rumor Mill News under the screen name 'Intuit'.]

Brice Taylor aka Sue Ford, "Monarch sex-slave", long-time friend of Gunderson.

Kurt Billings, MK ULTRA "researcher" (CIA uses him to spread disinfo and as provocateur).

I have more names (mostly CIA operatives) but I have not made them public yet, can't expose them now...pending court cases, etc.

There are also two articles I wrote in 2001, which address issues re MK ULTRA, CIA black ops, disinfo, "Monarch" etc. The focus also on Gunderson, Phillips, et al.

Dear Barbara Hartwell,

This past Spring some friends and I went to a 20-day seminar with Cathy O'Brien and Mark Phillips. Admittedly, the small group of 50 or so attendees were not very aware of much, but it still seemed to us that Phillips was peddling really old 'news' about CIA techniques, and that Cathy had become some kind of mouthpiece for New Age religion as the answer to it all.

Anyway, Mark announced then that HBO had signed them to do a docudrama which would air in the Fall of 2002, and that the film company's p.r. department was going to handle their public appearances, etc. for a while.

At any rate, I see they're still speaking at 'patriot expos'. I see that in spite of the controversy about what Mark has really been up to all these years, these 'patriots' don't question his legitimacy at all.

And now - what's happened to the HBO film?

Of course, it would seem that the Bush family would hardly allow a high profile television version of Cathy's story at this point in time. But somehow, when Phillips was questioned about that at the seminar, he seemed oblivious to any difficulties.

I don't keep up with TV - Has this been on the air yet? Was the program cancelled? Was the whole story a set-up, and why?

Most strange of all, I remember Mark saying at the seminar that there was some kind of subliminal message throughout the book "Tranceformation of America" to the effect that everyone reading it should love people. Right. And that the sexual violence in the content was not his and Cathy's idea.

More and more weird.

I'd be really happy if you could comment on this, Barbara - What's more, maybe you could post something on Rumor Mill. I think I heard once that you yourself had gone for Phillips for counselling help, and then discovered he was only in it for the money -- or appeared to be, after getting several thousand dollars from you. Was that indeed you, or another mind control victim I read about?

I have never had any contact with Mark Phillips. I recieved a few e-mails from him, signed "Mark and Cathy" sometime in 2000, after I had broken off contact with Ted Gunderson (a crony of Phillips). It was clear the messages were written by Phillips, not O'Brien.

At first, the messages seemed cordial, but obviously trying to draw me in by offering "support" --which I had no need of, at least not from these two, as I saw no common ground on which to base an association. I also knew Phillips to be CIA, though I never knew him from my past dealings with the agency.

When I responded briefly, explaining that I knew exactly what I was doing --that is, exposing the facts about my own case, including the persecution I had been subjected to-- and was not interested in getting involved with them or their little 'mind control survivors' clique, Phillips started publicly trying to discredit me by claiming I "should not" be talking about the harassment I was targeted for.

He also taunted me by trying to compare me unfavorably to Cathy, which I found ludicrous, as there are no similarities between her experiences or her background and mine. She was a "sex slave", bascially just a mind controlled prostitute.

And although I am a survivor of MK Ultra, I was an intelligence operative utilized in Psy Ops under Non Official Cover. And I was never involved in any project called "Monarch". Furthermore, I've seen no evidence that such a project existed. I've never heard a credible witness talk about it, nor seen any documentation regarding it.

It is my belief, and considered professional opinion, based on my own research and case investigations, that 'Monarch' is a sort of side show to divert attention from the REAL black ops run by CIA, also involving mind control programming. It is a containment operation. Anyone who writes about Monarch would have nothing but hearsay (from dubious witnesses) on which to base their reports/books, etc.

I told Phillips in no uncertain terms, in a PUBLIC statement, to MIND HIS OWN BUSINESS and that I considered him a charlatan. As is usual with these dsinfo/containment agents, he became more aggressive in libeling me. Mostly, I simply ignored him, as is my usual policy. True, he did a lot of damage to my reputation by spreading his lies, but then, that's what CIA is all about: LYING.

So no, I never sought out Phillips for any sort of "counselling", nor for any other reason. Unfortunately, this is typical of the type of disinfo that is out there.....

On the contrary, Phillips sought me out and his advances were rebuffed.

However, Brice Taylor aka Sue Ford DID seek out Phillips for such "counselling." Ford later claimed (and told me personally, in 1998) that she had paid him a lot of money, and that he had ripped her off for many thousands of dollars. Probably, the rumor you "heard somewhere" was about Ford aka Taylor.

No similarities between myself and Sue Ford either....and yet useful idiots like Ken Adachi (Educate-Yourself website) continue to publish many lies and disinfo about Barbara Hartwell, for the purpose of discrediting my LEGITIMATE testimony about CIA, MK Ultra mind control operations; as well as my expose's of Ted Gunderson, John DeCamp and others running cover ups of government mind control operations, human trafficking/slavery and much more.....

Volumes of disinformation have been disseminated about me ever since I went public with my case on the Internet in 1995-96. But it got worse after I broke off my association with Ted Gunderson in 2000.

THE "NO HOLOCAUST" HOAX

Thousands of photographs.

Mountains of corpses, both buried and unburied

Hundreds of thousands of eye witnesses, including American and British soldiers.

Reams of recorded court transcripts.

"Facilities" that still exist, including gas chambers and crematoriums..

Thousands of tattooed survivors.

Hitler's own ministry of propaganda would not have imagined that they could make this crime disappear.

But I will share with you something I DID write, taken from the archives of my website. It is a short preface to an article by Carl F. Worden, relating to what I would call the "actions other than war" in Iraq.

When I think of the fifty (50) Marine casualties Carl mentions here, what comes to my mind is 50 soldiers, 50 INDIVIDUAL human beings whose families and loved ones will never see them again. Not in this material world, anyway. How many more of our troops will have to die before this is over?

ABSOLUTELY NOT.

So, Mr. Kaminski, I am hard pressed to understand how you arrived at the "obvious" conclusion that I would "endorse" such war crimes. End quote.

Some time later, Kaminski made blanket statements denouncing "the Jews", including: "Never trust a Jew" and "all Jews are liars" when addressing "Jewish" issues.

Next example: Peter Kawaja. [From The Scapegoat Syndrome: Editorial Commentary on the Politics of Injustice, by Barbara Hartwell.]

Peter Kawaja wrote:

"Suddenly when the Zionist enemy [Barbara Hartwell and John Quinn] saw Peter Kawaja's information being read, they FEARED the truth will out, as people across the world are reading the DSWCC."

"NewsHawk HAD TO issue HATE EMAIL and drag the JEWISH ISSUE and USE THAT old worn out MENUSHA about Anti-Jewish Yada Yada to TRY to discredit TRUTH....."

In his introductory paragraph Kawaja states that : "The following are just a few more excerpts of exchanges of OTHERS (not Peter Kawaja) and NewsHawk ZIONIST LACKEYS."

Here then, are some comments from Mark Harp's letter to Kawaja. Mark Harp wrote:

"It's truly amazing how many compromise truth organizations are out there. It's the same old malarky. Continually criticize Hitler, who correctly hated Stalin's Communism."

"It is a fully documented fact that Communism is Jewish."

"Invariably, all of the people who disparagingly use the terms "anti-semitism" and "Nazi" never mention the existence of the official Jewish rule book called the Talmud. The last thing in the world these charactors [sic] want is for we "goyim" to read their exceedingly corrupt holy book."

"The deaths of approximately 400,000 persons in German POW camps, primarily from disease, is altered to "Hitler killed six million Jews" by the government approved media. It is to be described as the "Holocaust".

Here then, in The World According to Harp, we have "German POW camps", NOT Nazi Concentration Camps.

Harp further informs us that the "400,000" souls interred in the camps, (courtesy of the Neo-Nazi number-crunchers from whom Harp has derived his altered figures) were NOT victims of cold-blooded and premeditated murder...No, they died of "disease".

I won't argue that they didn't die of a disease: The fatal disease called FASCISM.

But I do have a question for Mr. Harp: Number crunching aside, whether they numbered 6 million or 400,000.... WHAT THE HELL WERE THESE PEOPLE DOING IN THE SO-CALLED "GERMAN POW CAMPS" TO BEGIN WITH?

HOW did they get there? WHO placed them there? And WHY?

According to Harp, "criticism" of Hitler is just more of that old "malarky". Malarky?

And what other possible way except "disparagingly" could any decent human being EVER use the terms "anti-semite" or "Nazi"?

Good God, how can I possibly express the uncompromised stupidity of these statements?

I don't think I need to. These statements do a great job screaming STUPIDITY! --all by themselves.

Peter Kawaja, Stephen Maye and their cronies sound a call to "FACE FACTS."

Okay. Great idea! Let's do that. Let's face facts: Adolph Hitler was a psychopath; a narcissist; a megalomaniac; a liar; a demogogue; a murderer; and a tyrant.

Hitler was a madman and a literal incarnation of evil. He and his Nazi compatriots were directly responsible for the deaths of untold millions of people, Jews and non-Jews alike.

And the Nazi legacy of hatred, intolerance and mass destruction lives on right up to the present day in our country. They are still killing millions: the methods may have changed but the end results are the same.

Now, there are some FACTS all sane and ethical people can certainly agree upon.

Now to supplement the facts, here's my personal opinion: Those who endorse even ONE IOTA..ONE SCINTILLA of Hitler's philosophy or try in any way to defend or justify the actions of the Nazis --past, present or future-- are committing an inexcusable sin against humanity and against God.

They are defending the indefensible.

Anyone who KNOWS God --Whomever, Whatever you consider Him or Her or It to be-- will understand exactly what I am saying.

It doesn't matter whether or not you are a practicing member of any religion or what your spiritual focus may be. If you KNOW God then you will have access to the gift of spiritual discernment.

God will live in your heart and you will know the difference between good and evil: in stark black-and-white terms. There is no gray area.

You may not always follow what you know in your heart. But the Divine guidance, or spirit-filled intuition will always be there whenever you truly seek for it, to guide you to the truth, no matter how many propagandists surround you and try to poison your mind with lies and slander.

And you will never fall prey to the Scapegoat Syndrome.

I have never understood why anyone would spend any time at all trying to prove Jews are behind every bad thing that ever happens on this globe. UPDATE ON COINTELPRO REVISITED

The report, COINTELPRO REVISITED, posted on this site, is dated January, 2006. This is one of the most comprehensive reports I have written for two reasons:

1) It serves to document some of my personal experiences in being a longtime target of persecution by the U.S. government.

2) It gives an overview of the methodology of COINTELPRO, from the perspective of a former CIA operative (myself) who was targeted after becoming a defector from CIA and whistleblower on CIA crimes and corruption.

Recently, I posted a classic report by Julianne McKinney, titled Microwave Harassment and Mind Control Experimentation. In that report, Julianne covers many of the more technical aspects of harassment campaigns, especially the so-called 'non-lethal' weaponry deployed against targets.

I am not a scientist. Technology is not my area of expertise. I learned about this technology through my own research (beginning in 1987) only because it had been deployed against me and others in my family for many years.

The assaults with this weaponry did not start after I broke out of CIA black ops (1994) but long before. There is also the psychotronic weaponry (I refuse to call it anything else) used to assault victims of mind control programming. All forms of 'programming' geared toward mind control are assaults on the spiritual integrity of the individual, the inviolability of personhood.

I have found a tremendous amount of misinformation about my case published on the Internet. It seems some people (especially amateurs) read a few of my reports, jump to some conclusions, make some unwarranted assumptions and start writing about people (including myself) when they don't have the facts.

They also seem to assume that in all cases, people targeted have the same experiences. This is simply not true. There is a wide range of tactics used, targeting different individuals for various forms of assaults, harassment or spying, or attempts to remotely 'influence' an individual.

So, unless I have publicly stated that I had a specific type of experience, it is wrongful for anyone to extrapolate, to form an interpretation, or to assign a meaning to that experience which comes only from the subjective perception of that particular individual.

People who make assumptions, or attempt to generalize, especially about a subject so complex, and then publicize what are only their personal opinions, are doing a tremendous disservice to the person(s) whose experiences they are discussing, as well as to the general public. Even if they 'mean well', in the end, it serves only to muddy the waters. Most people simply don't know what they're talking about when they discuss this subject.

Julianne McKinney DOES know what she's talking about and I urge anyone interested in learning the facts and the unbiased truth about the electronic harassment aspects of Psy War to read this report. I've never come across another which can match its excellence.

Julianne came out of military intelligence, and like myself, she was targeted. When she began to expose what she knew from her personal and professional experience, as well as her own extensive research and case investigations, the persecution escalated.

I spoke to Julianne about my own case, in a lengthy telephone conversation in 1997. After hearing my story, her analysis of my case went something like this: You will never have a life. You will never have anyone you can rely on. They (CIA) won't ever 'let' you have a husband of your own choosing. (She knew there were previous 'arranged' marriages.) They will stay on your case until the day you die, and you will be up against them alone.

How dismal an outlook could there be? At the time, I was horrified by Julianne's predictions. I told her then that although her comments accurately described my life thus far, I could not give up hope and resign myself to this fate. Who could maintain the will to live, believing it would ALWAYS be like this?

It has now been ten (10) years since that conversation, and unfortunately, Julianne's prediction has turned out to be chillingly accurate. So far, anyway...

And yes, I am still up against these bastards entirely alone. Still, I have no reliable concrete support whatsoever. No one I can rely on for anything. Over the years, there have been many offers, many promises, many pledges of commitment to solid "support", but nobody has ever followed through.

Usually, the "help" offered turned out to be conditional, in one way or another. Mostly, people who mistakenly believed that giving material support "bought" them the right to meddle in my personal and/or professional business. They may as well go to work for the government, with this misguided notion and this utter disrespect for the personal boundaries and privacy of others.

I have reached the point where I no longer want to talk to anyone about all this, whether they understand it (few do) or not. Talking about it simply doesn't help. There is no point and it only exhausts what little strength I have left.

The one thing I need the most --concrete material assistance-- has been denied to me. There are no prospects of such either, not that I can see. I have reached the end of what I can possibly endure, at least as regards the material deprivation under which I have been forced to live. And I can't hang on much longer.

So I continue to document my experiences for the public record, and as always, the readers may make of my reports what they will. If they serve no other purpose, perhaps at least a few discerning souls will be warned; perhaps a few will be willing to take action and stand up for their God-given rights, for the sake of their children and grandchildren.

Julianne McKinney also told me something else: She said I should be "flattered" at the magnitude of the persecution directed against me, in reference to the deployment of military hardware; the high level agents planted on me; the level of overt and covert surveillance, etc. etc.

Flattered? What a strange way of looking at it...I have never felt "flattered" by these bastards. On the contrary, I have felt only righteous outrage! I despise them and all that they stand for. Forced to live for so many years with the extreme hardship, the desperate poverty, the worsening chronic illness and disability, with no access to even basic medical care, with the isolation, with all the destruction these bastards have wrought in my life, I can only pray to see them and their evil expunged from the face of the earth.

CLOSING COMMENTS FROM COINTELPRO REVISITED

After many years of fighting these government rat bastards and their minions, I have come to believe they may only be stopped from their works of iniquity by an organized effort to UNITE freedom-loving American patriots. True patriots, that is.

Those who will fight to the death to protect and defend their God-given (natural) unalienable, Constitutionally protected and guaranteed rights.

We don't need the grandstanders, mountebanks, charlatans and snake-oil salesman, many of whom have established themselves as "alternative media" mouthpieces.

We don't need aggressive public interrogations or ultimatums from officious self-appointed watchdogs who demand that all activism for Liberty be done THEIR WAY.

We don't need the bigots and hate-mongers whose message is one of chaos and violence, designed to divide-and-conquer.

We don't need those who make gratuitous personal attacks on other sincere patriots, out of spite-based envy or to gratify their own flagging egos.

The COINTELPRO exploits just such people, some of whom may not even know they are being used for an agenda they are too blind to see.

What we DO NEED is solidarity among those no-nonsense, honest, straight-arrow, kick-ass patriots who will refuse to allow the government rat bastards to steal our freedom, our children's and grandchildren's freedom, no matter the consequences to ourselves.

Liberty is everything. Without it, life means nothing.
